British Motor Heritage (BMH) is ending what’s been a notable year for the introduction/reintroduction of parts for classic British cars with two more products for members of the ever-popular Triumph TR range.
Cold air intake flap
The item concerned is the centrally-mounted intake flap that allows cold air to be drawn into the passenger compartment, and was standard fit to all TR4, TR4A, TR5, TR250 and TR6 models with chassis numbers CC or CP.
The replacement product is carefully assembled at the BMH plant in Witney before being transported to Northamptonshire to receive a top quality electro-coated paint finish. Part No.705242 is available now for £20.00 plus VAT from Triumph specialists nationwide.
Extra heavy duty TR6 battery bar
Back in May, BMH announcedthe addition of a heavy duty battery bar (Part No.157740) to its ever-growing range of Triumph body parts. Well, there is now news of an even heftier one, specifically for the TR6.
Intended for use with heavy duty batteries, but equally fine for holding standard ones in place, the newcomer is considerably more substantial than the standard item (Part No.601898) and features two sets of fixing holes, the working ones of which are 12 inches apart.
Made in Warwickshire and electro-coated in Northamptonshire, Part No.157910 is available now from Triumph specialists nationwide for £12.00 plus VAT.
